These draft terms explain the scope of the website preview. Full service terms and verified business details must be published before the venture accepts live engagements.
Pre-launch demonstration. MoveToAU is the selected brand, with movetoau.com and hello@movetoau.com being set up. Legal entity, business address, commercial terms and applicable governing-law provisions remain TBD. No live recruitment service is established by using this preview.
MoveToAU presents a proposed employer-paid permanent placement and relocation-matching service. Website information introduces the intended service and offers general educational context. It is not an offer of a specific job, a representation of available sponsors or individual immigration advice.
Forms are for testing the user experience with sample information. They do not send real enquiries, create a candidate record, book a consultation or establish an agency relationship. Our recruitment expression of interest is separate from the Australian Government’s SkillSelect expression of interest.
Do not upload or enter confidential or sensitive personal information. Read the preview privacy notice before testing a form.
Candidate registration is intended to remain free. Candidates are never charged by us for a job or sponsorship. Employer placement fees and agency partnership terms are TBD and would require a separate written agreement.
Independent professional services and government application charges are separate from free recruitment registration. Do not infer that migration-agent services, visas, travel or relocation expenses are included.
MoveToAU provides recruitment and relocation-matching services only. We do not provide visas, do not guarantee employment, sponsorship, visa grants, or permanent residence, and do not give immigration legal advice. Australian employers sponsor eligible roles where applicable. Immigration assistance is provided by independent OMARA-registered migration agents. Visa decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs. Candidate registration is free — we never charge candidates for jobs or sponsorship. Information on this site is general only and may change; always verify against official sources.
