FOR CANDIDATES · US EXPERIENCE, NEW POSSIBILITIES

You’ve built a career.
Keep building a life.

When your future is tied to a renewal, a lottery or a long wait, it can be hard to plan. Exploring Australia gives you another conversation to have — with your experience at the centre.

Free expression of interest. No promises. A considered next step.

BUILT AROUND YOUR REAL LIFE

Your experience travels.
Your questions come too.

01 / YOUR CAREER

Start with what you bring.

Technical depth. Real projects. Team experience. We look at how your skills could translate to Australian employer needs across technology, engineering, healthcare, trades and other skilled fields.

02 / YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES

There’s room for uncertainty.

You may be on H-1B, OPT or another temporary status. You might be ready to move, or simply exploring. Sharing your circumstances helps frame a recruitment conversation; it is not a visa assessment.

03 / YOUR PRIORITIES

The whole move matters.

A role is only part of the decision. Family plans, location, living costs and timing belong in the conversation. We encourage you to weigh the tradeoffs before making commitments.

A CLEARER STARTING POINT

An expression of interest.
Not a leap of faith.

Tell us about your skills, location preferences and timing. Those details can inform a profile review and potential employer matching when recruitment intake opens.

Australian sponsorship depends on the role, employer and current requirements. Some professions also require registration or skills assessment. Your US work status does not establish Australian eligibility.

FAIR QUESTIONS

Clarity before
commitment.

Do I need to leave my US job to explore this?

No. You can explore your options while continuing your current work. Do not resign, book a move or change your immigration arrangements on the basis of registering interest. Any offer, eligibility and timing need to be assessed separately.

Will you get me a visa or sponsorship?

We provide recruitment and relocation matching. An Australian employer may sponsor an eligible role, but sponsorship is never assumed or guaranteed. Independent OMARA-registered migration agents provide immigration assistance, and the Department of Home Affairs decides visa applications.

What does it cost to register?

Candidate registration is free. Employers pay our placement fees; we never charge candidates for jobs or sponsorship. Independent migration advice, application charges and relocation expenses are separate and should be discussed with the relevant provider before you commit.

Is this only for people on H-1B?

No. We are built with the uncertainty of temporary US work status in mind, including H-1B and similar circumstances. Your experience, the role, the employer and any applicable immigration requirements matter more than a particular nationality.

Can my partner or children move with me?

Family arrangements depend on the relevant visa conditions and your circumstances. Partner work rights, schooling, health cover and the cost of living should form part of an individual assessment with a registered migration agent and your prospective employer.

How long will it take to find a role?

There is no promised timeframe. Matching depends on employer demand, your experience, location flexibility and role requirements. Registering interest does not guarantee a profile review, an interview, an offer or a visa outcome.
